You’re probably wanting a fast and responsive service – we understand. Don’t worry, we won’t keep you hanging around for long. We’ll always take your calls and return your messages asap.
FREE MORTGAGE CONSULTATION
Every customer receives free mortgage consultations, one, two or as many as you need. Don’t worry, there are no hidden fees with us. When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll agree on a fee, based on the work that’s involved and this will only be payable when we get you your mortgage offer. Therefore, if we can’t help you for any reason there’s nothing to pay.
YOUR DEDICATED MORTGAGE ADVISOR
It can be scary going through the home buying process or committing to a remortgage deal without being 100% sure of the product. We’ll be on your side throughout the whole process – 7 days 8am-10pm ready and waiting to answer all of your questions and to be here to support you.
AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE CERTIFICATE
Following a mortgage recommendation, your Dedicated Mortgage Advisor will check that you’re happy to proceed with a credit search. We’ll then be able to obtain a Mortgage Agreement in Principle Certificate for you. We’ll then provide you with a list of documents to start getting together such as 3 months bank statements, payslips etc.
