FANTASTIC AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!
Unfortunately the purchase of our new home was rather difficult, we had devaluations and chains falling through, so to say the least it was testing!! we had a very stressful, hard 7 months to get to the end.
Without the continuous support of Jennifer and Jason, I’m really not sure how we would have managed it, they went above and beyond to support us in so many ways and Jennifer was absolutely amazing, the poor lady put up with me calling and emailing her constantly and sometimes I’m sure she wanted to scream at me but she didn’t, she was so professional, understanding, proactive and calming – she honestly was brilliant.

I would recommend this company over and over again, it’s the second time we have used them, once for a remortgage and every interaction with the has been outstanding customer service.

Not what I expected. As a first time buyer, I based my expectations on advice I received from others. My understanding was that the benefit of using an advisor was that they would complete all the paperwork. I can’t fault the initial response, my mortgage was attained very quickly, but once it was, they seemed to lose all interest. I got sick of waiting so I completed the solicitors’ forms myself. I am yet to have a survey carried out as the recommended company can’t provide one for well over a month. I’m left feeling like I don’t know what I’m paying for.
